Host Plant: Gray Marvel moth caterpillar.

Pollinators: Halictid bees collect pollen. Other visitors include long-tongued bees, short-tongued bees, small butterflies (usually Whites and Sulfurs), and skippers.

Other Information: Makes a great ground cover since it easily spreads. The plant has a bitter taste so it is rarely eaten by mammals (deer and rabbit resistant). Native Americans used this plant as a fever reducer.
